We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our Tech team.

We need you to help us:
  • Lead Development Projects: 
    Successfully guide projects from conception to deployment, ensuring timeliness and quality standards are met.

  • Innovate and Optimise:
    Continuously improve our software solutions, keeping them at the forefront of technology and user experience.

  • Team Leadership:
    Mentor and lead a small group of developers, fostering a culture of excellence and collaborative growth.

  • Technical Excellence:
    Maintain high standards in software development, ensuring robust, efficient, and scalable solutions.

  • Strategic Contribution:
    Actively contribute to the strategic planning of technology solutions, aligning with business goals and objectives.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop scalable software applications using C# .NET.

  • Develop APIs and integrate external services.

  • Use TypeScript in a microservice architecture, with the opportunity to be involved in our cloud-based event-driven projects.

  • Proficiency with SQL & stored procedures in web applications.

  • Lead and mentor small groups of developers.

  • Work effectively in our agile team, contributing to all aspects of the software development process from design through to delivery.

  • Be a key member of our Technical Design Forum to present and assess technical proposals.

  • Ensure software quality, including through code reviews, comprehensive code coverage and clear technical design documentation.

What you'll need:
  • Technical Expertise:
    Proficiency in C# .NET, TypeScript, and Microservices architecture.

  • Experience:
    You’ve worked in a full-stack development role before, ideally in an eCommerce setting.

  • Leadership Skills: 
    Experience in leading and mentoring teams.

  • Problem-Solving: 
    Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Database Management:
    Knowledge of SQL and database technologies.

  • Agile Methodology: 
    Familiarity with Agile practices and SCM tools like Git.

  • Communication Skills:
    Excellent verbal and written communication.

  • Adaptability:
    Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • Education:
    Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or the equivalent work experience.

  • Continuous Learning:
    Willingness to learn and adopt new technologies and practices.
